Michael Neumann

Michael Neumann works in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Knowledge Universe Education (KUE), and is responsible for investments, financings and business development for KUE and its portfolio companies. Neumann has been at KUE or related entities since 2002. He has worked on the acquisitions and related financings of KinderCare Learning Centers Inc., Aramark Educational Resources, Children’s Creative Learning Centers, Aventa and other portfolio company transactions. Previously, he was with TCW / Crescent Mezzanine, where he completed mezzanine financings primarily for leveraged buyout transactions. Neumann also worked in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank (formerly Bankers Trust) in the Financial Sponsors Group. He serves on several private company boards and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. |
